The Challenge

Rapid Health Rehab's kinesiologists have spent years helping clients recover from injuries and improve their quality of life, but their old Wix website didn't reflect the level of care they provide. It was outdated, hard to navigate, and made it difficult for visitors, especially new clients, to know where to start.

What We Did

We rebuilt the site from the ground up on WordPress, giving Rapid Health Rehab a platform that's flexible, easy to manage, and built to grow with the business. The new design tells the owner's story and gives visitors a clear picture of how the team helps people recover, especially those dealing with injuries from motor vehicle accidents.

The User Experience

One of the biggest improvements was simplifying the intake process. We built a clear path for visitors to identify themselves as either an existing or new client, and for new clients, whether they have an ICBC claim number or not. This small change removes confusion right from the start and makes sure each visitor is guided toward the right next step, whether that's booking a session or getting help with their claim.

The Result

The result is a website that matches the quality of care Rapid Health Rehab provides in person: warm, professional, and easy to use. It gives the clinic a stronger online presence, simplifies the client onboarding process, and makes it easy for anyone, ICBC claim or not, to take the first step toward recovery.
